Rif,
I have always been fascinated with the Samurai, more so than the Arthurian Knights. However, the modern warrior can not caste the concept of danger lightly aside. A modern day "knighted" Samurai, Rickson Gracie stated in "Choke", the man who says he is not afraid is stupid....I am afraid of everything". My interpretation is that you do not underestimate anything or anyone. Always keep your guard up.

Reminds me of one of favorite sayings that my mentor, Dan DeLeon would tell me about working the streets. "When there is doubt, then there is no doubt."

My interpretation....if you ever have to question whether an act or path you are following is not just or moral, then you KNOW that it is NOT. The truth just IS.
