Sport acrobatics

Got this from Tom Furmans site. THis brings back many memories! Man could these athletes enjoy training with kbs! Of course it helps when one weighs 8 pounds to be able to throw yourself around like that but they are very very strong athletes.

That was sicker than any press or pull I've ever seen. Why can't I have an army of those little women to train bell sand tactics with. Those girls could perform infiltrations and hold shooting positions forever. Men may be more aggressive, and ultimately the architechts of conflict, but those girls were ready for combat.

 Thought about going back to 5x5 for a hot second then my left shoulder  reminded me why I stopped doing them before. It doesn't seem to...
