yes takei, that was the big version of me about 190 lbs.

royce,thanks man. I always did have arms. they were just about 18" at their biggest.

Stone and sword or not, you still look pretty friendly. I'd probably ask what you're up to rather than crossing the street or running away.

You had a lot of muscle on that small frame. There's no way I'd guess you were 190. Maybe 170.

If you did Judo, your victims would be in for a big surprise.

thought you'd appreciate that Brett. I was 192 in 1997 whenI did my best squat and was actually all the way up to 200 for a bit when I was bulking for bodybuilding but at 20% BF.
