RIF, Tool, Disturbed, Godsmack?? I had no idea. I don't have audio on my computer so I have no idea what ya'll are playing in the background. but damn rock on brother!!

Royce, the video is just as evil than the audio. Rif is seriously "disturbed." If I ever post a video, Herman's Hermits will be playing in the background while I attempt to violate the 2-pood.

Rif my training CD has Korn, Zombie, Disturbed, Mudvayne, Sepultura, Slipknot, Metallica ( only from the pre-wussy years ) and a few others. Gets me ready to GO man!

Although last night I rocked some old school Crue, Too Fast For Love.

When I watch Tracy's Vid half of me wants to the workout, the other half wonders what will be playing in the background.
