Great vid Rif! What weight are those clubbells?

I've been watching "The Physical Body", a great documentary on Indian Wrestling training methods, and they show that exact move with their Indian Clubs.

Some have nails on them.

They even have their own "GS" version, where a champion is crowned for who can do the most reps.

rolando,

I would assume it is a 25 lb'er as that is the official weight for the mills for comps.
I think most of the moves have all been done before, CST has just ressurected them.

Thanks Rif! I am ordering a 25lbs CB and a 35lbs CB this afternoon, cant wait to feel the pain.

BTW i have to post a vid of this 56kg KB i have. Swings with it is awesome. My dead has jumped up 50 lbs just from 3 sets of 10 4 days a week with it.

Geoff,

These along with swipes have increased my shoulder mobility a lot, they really teach you to keep the shoulder packed.

I prefer to do them in the opposite direction though, not sure if that makes it an inside or outside mill.

155 x 3 x 5, 160 x 3 x 5, 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 40, 35

Thought about going back to 5x5 for a hot second then my left shoulder  reminded me why I stopped doing them before. It doesn't seem to...
