"From handstands to bench presses to jerks.."

Heres a link to a new article I did for Pavels newsletter. It chronicles my path from the always overhead world of the gymnast through the restricting ROMs of powerlifting to redeveloping my overhead strength and stability with the kettlebell. I hyperlinked relevant blog posts and videos to illustrate or detail an exercise or point of importance.

The hyperlinks to your blog posts will increase your Google ranking though, so you may get more traffic. It also helps DD's ranking because of the amount of traffic your blog gets. Win Win from a marketing standpoint.

Google takes into account the amount of traffic and content of site that your inbound links come from when it ranks your site.

This can potentially help with monetization such as Amazon widgets/affiliates.

Sometime I think I read too much.

thanks tim.the clubs are really opening up and stabilizing my shoulders in a whole new way.all these rotational movements with resistance are making them feel great and increasing my flexibility very quickly. like weighted z.

195 x 1 x 11 , 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 35, 25

  Not great sleep and a bit sore ( no aspirin for last three days) so all in all it was a strong day . Just definitely not 'fresh'  ...
