I love this shot

Man, Tracy caught this at the perfect moment. I LOVE this picture, and I can't say that about most( ok ANY) pictures of me.Lets face it I have a face that's perfect for radio, lol.
The position is exactly what I have been thinking about as a possible new logo( the position, not just me). I want to get some graphic representation of this position. I love that it implies motion from a static pose.
All my shoulder extension work has obviously paid off as my right arm now swings back correctly matching my left.I wasn't even thinking about getting the arm back and there it is!
I may be smaller but I be lean too! Bikrams in just a few hours;we'll see how my layoff affected my flexibility and strength. I feel great this AM after all those snatches too. Cool.

Rif,
tracy has beautifully captured what life drawing students are attempt when they have to sketch a pose held for 10-30 secs - they have to find the line that reflects the posture, gesture, life of the pose.

Likewise here, just catching the critical moment transitioning from one state to the next to portray controlled, dynamic life - that's sweet.

way to go celebrating the accomplishment.

tracy has a gifted eye for design, always has, and you can see it in her photos of her food and pretty much everything she shoots.
the fact she could make me look good there is testimony to her photographic ability, lol.
"the line that reflects the posture, gesture, life of the pose."

exactly, thanks.

That is a great shot and a perfect logo.

I wish I'd thought of it!

You've come a long way and are one of the best testaments we have to the efficacy of HARDSTYLE!

thats David,

the methods work if you work the method.now i've got to find an artist to make that into a logo.

This is SUCH nice work man. I love reading your blog: very inspiring!

You know what? I forgot to mention that I DID notice this past weekend that you're walking MUCH better.

I remember the first time I saw you at the September '07 RKC, and you walked like 50 cent, lol.

Now you have a much stronger, steady gait, and the posture to match it. Great work Rif.

thanks rolando,

It is SO nice to be able to walk without pain again.I want to really keep pushing it until I can walk with Tracy on her five mile walks!I used to be pretty fast, in the old days lol.

You're looking ripped. Have the blue shorts been retired?

Gorgeous picture Rif! Kudos to Tracy for catching a man perfecting his craft...well, it may already be perfected!

195 x 1 x 11 , 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 35, 25

Not great sleep and a bit sore ( no aspirin for last three days) so all in all it was a strong day . Just definitely not 'fresh'  ...
