Why gymnasts get injured

Second, I'm compelled to ask this at risk of you finding me and tossing me into the ceiling tiles, but one really can't blame me.

lol. no of them. those were all olympians and I never made it all the way there.my injury was pretty fugly though, a full knee dislocations,which stayed out, after a full twist back on the floor.I'm glad there is no instant replay of that to be honest.

gymnastics is one brutal sport on the body.

 Thought about going back to 5x5 for a hot second then my left shoulder  reminded me why I stopped doing them before. It doesn't seem to...
