Looks like the same position.

Looks like my grandaughter Sofi is a squat master already! I'll make sure she doesn't lose this vital skill.

Hi Mark,

sweet nice grandaughter!

I was working in a Kindergarden for a short time and all children are so mobility like there is no tension in her bodys!

But still 4or5 yeahr's later they lost most of the mobility that they have in the kindergarden!

My daughter is a semi-pro ballerina and it is great to see how can a body are move in all the direction still when they grow up to teen!

The deep squat is a key to find a way back in the kindergarden;-)

Take care!
P.S.The ice advice does work well ;-)

thanks for the comment and glad to hear the ice is working. when you can, actually immerse then hand in an ice bath( water with ice cubes) it works even better.

I LOVE this phrase:"the deep squat is a key to find a way back to the kindergarden" I mighthave to steal that( and give you credit of course.
I believe it is.

we all start with that ability we just lose it as soon as we start sitting more than squatting.

heal fast brother.
